HOW SOON SHOULD I GET TICKETS?

Our shows typically sell out, we recommend purchasing tickets online, in advance, to avoid disappointment.

 

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Snappy casual to festive.

 

DO YOU SERVE FOOD?

We are an entertainment venue, and do not serve food.

 

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD?


No. We are not equipped to accommodate guests with food. 

 

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BYOB?


Wine, champagne, beer or ale, or any non-alcoholic beverage of choice.

 

HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN TO BE THERE?

If you plan for an hour and a half from show time, you should be all set, with plenty of time to enjoy the show, chat with the artists and snap some great souvenir photos.

 

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?


The doors open 30 minutes prior to show time. 

 

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER, WILL TICKETS BE SHIPPED?

Your email confirmation is all you need. Just let us know your last name at the door.

 

MY CHILD WILL BE SITTING ON MY LAP, DO I STILL NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR HIM/HER?

Fire regulations require all attendees regardless of age to have a ticket in order to conform to the seating capacity. 

 

WHERE DO I PARK?


Parking is available in front of the building in a lower parking lot and directly in front of the Mystic Dark Room building. Parking is free.

 

WHAT IF I’M LATE TO THE SHOW?


If you are late to the show, our hostess will seat you at her discretion.

 

MY PLANS CHANGED DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Sorry no refunds. Please find a friend that can attend in your place (they will love you for it!), and notify the box office at info@mysticdarkroom.org.
